Don’t take shortcuts with this recipe, it’s an important part of the process to let the dough chill and the icing harden between steps. Luckily, this gives you plenty of time to pop on your favorite holiday movie and snuggle on the couch with family and friends.
Note: In all recipes, make sure the gluten-free flour you use has xanthan gum added to it. If it does not, add xanthan gum to the recipe. On the back of the flour bag, it will tell you the flour to xanthan gum ratio.
